This site has been set up to help guide you through your photography experience. Communication is the best way to have the most ultimate photography session experience. If I know exactly what you want, we will have a wonderful end result. If you are unsure of what you want, then I will photograph your newborn, baby, child(ren) or family in a way that I feel will give you a nice assortment of images. I prefer my subjects not to say “cheese” as I love to get different expressions and a natural smile.
In order to proceed with booking your appointment, you must agree to and sign my electronic session agreement form, along with the PayPal payment. These need to be completed within 7 days of the appointment being booked, otherwise your appointment date will become open for others to take. As soon as these have been received, I will let you know that you do have a confirmed appointment. If anyone in your family becomes ill near or on your appointment date, please call as soon as possible so we can reschedule. I do understand things come up in life, so I am flexible with switching appointments days but do ask for a courtesy of a 48 hour notice. No refunds will be given for your session fee but I will reschedule for you within six months from when the payment was received.
Photography by Jane Dowd is a custom photography studio. It is a relaxed environment, with importance being placed on having you and your family not feeling rushed and everyone have a good time. Sometimes parent’s get stressed with children not cooperating, but patience does pay off and I ask that you come in relaxed.
